My cruise control won't work any suggestions

I have an 01 Lincoln Ls and I put an aftermarket radio in and now my cruise control and radio buttons don't work. I now I need a module for the radio controls but will that also make the cruise work. Im not sure any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe a blown fuse? Or the clockspring might be bad.

Did you connect the two wires from the steering wheel controls to anything? If so, disconnect them, that might be the problem.

+2 clockspring, also the radio controls might not work correctly.

I just changed the clock spring over the summer. Do you now were the fuse is for the cruise control?

I couldn't get my cruise to work either just before I put it away. Car has a new clockspring and everything else on the wheel works fine. I am pretty sure I checked the fuse as well but I am not certain. I will have to check it again when I pull the car out.

I would think in the dash fuse panel? I haven't worked on the car enough to know this stuff off the top of my head yet. I just changed oil on it and the wife drove it all the time.

Someone else I am sure will have an answer.
