Hello all,

I've just done a left to right hand drive conversion on a 04 Navigator, and when the new rack arrives ill be finished, so im doing some housekeeping in the meantime.
Once i put it all back together (it had been completely stripped) i noticed that there was a gap between the side control panel of the seats and the front plastic panel, it looks like there may have been something there but im not sure, can anyone show me a pic of the front of their 04 or later seat? Id really appreciate any advice anyone can offer.

Thanks

Brendan

How about you take a pic of want you want to see and you'll have much better luck getting a response. Good luck.

I will post that pic as soon as i see the car next, prob thursday, it only occured to me the other day that someone here may know. Thanks

Brendan.

p.s. here is the car as it stands.

I'll check tonight, but I am pretty sure that nothing goes there. Maybe you just have that piece slid over too far. I'll look tonight though.

Sorry for the delay. There is no piece that goes in there. The gap is supposed to be there. Nice RH conversion by the way.

hi, i would be very interested in a detailed write up on everything you did to complete the conversion as I would love to do the same for a vehicle in the UK.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for that Grey Navi, i appreciate it.

Just got our brand new Mark LT, what a nice car. it is now totally stripped, it would make some ppl cry lol. The new car smell is nice though!

Here's a tech question for anyone with an 05 and up navigator, on our nani there is a die-cast magnesium frame behind the dash, which supports everything, is this the case on the 05 models too, or is there a tubular steel frame instead?
I'd appreciate any advice, thanks.
