Alright guys I need some advice. I've decided to sell my 93 opal Mark VIII. BUT... I have no clue what to ask for it. So it has around 145000 mi. Car only has a few small flaws. The drivers side headlight has a small crack and the trim above has a small dent from a bird that got in my way after having the car about a week. lol. Only other problems are the driverside window switches are loose due to the clip falling off, the sunroof/ map light switch cover fell off and needs glued back on(Ill pry take care of this before selling), and there is a small transmision leak by small I mean like a pint a summer. The air bags are good and basicly never go flat. I start the car once a month in the winter and maybe once a yr the fronts will be flat when I do useually only when we've had a real cold snap. This car has never seen a salt road! I am the third owner my grandmother being the second and she lived in Florida during the cold months. She owned the car i believe from 95-2005 and I have owned it since. Thanks in advace. Please no b/s replys like $500.

start at 2k. Be willing to let it go for the above price. I got my 97 w/125k for 3k, only needed alittle tlc.

I wish I did not need to sell it but I do. i currently have 5 vehicals this being the least practical of the group and i'm getting ready to by another thats even less practical, yet much much faster and in better condition. I was hopping to get around 3 out of it even though I only a dumb gear head like myself would be willing to shell that out for a car of this calliber in the current economy. If anyones interested shoot me a pm with a reasonable offer. Also for sale is a 99 ranger 2x4 3.0l 5sp with 160xxx. CHEAP

just for an example, i just bought a 93 mark VIII last month, body in nice shape, interior dirty, ran awesome, trans shifted good too, no leaks, no smoke, 150k on it, was a daily driver till the ball joint broke while they were driving it, i paid $200 for the car, few nights ago i bought a 97 mark VIII, everything but heated seats, really clean car, drove great, was a shame to take it apart, 152k needed nothing and had a ton of new parts on it, paid $1,400 for it, what you have i hate to say is worth nothing close to what you would like it to be worth.

I recently sold my 95 with 125k in near flawless condition for $5k. I was offered $5,800 for it 2 years ago & didn't take it (I should have) I wasn't going to pass $5k up this time. There is a buyer for everything somewhere out there.

In your case I am going to say probably $2k or less.
Pics would help also.

Well guys if anyone has $2000 and wants to take a look at the car I'm located around Lima, oh. 45830. 2000 is as low as I would ever take!
