Need Help Finding a used PCM

I need help finding a used PCM for a 2002 V8. Im haveing problems with my Factory Anti theft device and it could be related to a bad PCM. My car is going into Theft mode and the PCM is not responding when hooked up to a Diagnostics machine. So instead of spending alot of money on a new one, I want to see if my problem could be solved by changing PCM's. Thanks for your help.

What do I look under, cause I cant find anything under PCM or Powertrain Control Module? Thanks.
