Need pic of Gen 2 DCCV valve

I changed my DCCV valve on my 04 V6. I did not mark the hose location of the heater hoses in relation to the hard lines. The "stick" drawings in the shop manual don't help. Just want to be positive of proper connections. Thanks in advance.

The hose from the top most metal tube goes to the DCCV port closest to the fender.

I bought this LS with 29,000mi. and the problem has persisted until now, at 65,000. The DCCV fixed my problem. When I changed spark plugs and drained the cooling system I decided I might as well try the DCCV. Climate control is working, set at 74o on both sides. Thanks again for all the info and leads.

PS: I took the Lincoln to my local dealer under warranty and they said the climate control was working normally.
