sold the ls off to a buddy that was on me about selling it, so finally
picked up a new project ride. 2011 escalade platinum. has high
miles on it, most all hwy, but all the running gear will be taken out
and replaced with some hot rod bits. hoping to get 700 - 800 to the
wheels with the combo i'm going with. anywho, this thing is pretty
sweet, with all the bells and whistles of the platinum.

Nice lookin truck/SUV ...if you can I always wondered what kind of gas mileage one of these bad boys gets with a few miles on them ...let me know if you want ...Thanks

it doesn't get TOO bad, considering it's a 6k lb vehicle. i've had it
a little over a month. worst it has gotten was around 12mpg in the
city, and best on hwy was 21mpg. it averages around 17/18ish. if you
drive it like a bat out of hell, mpg really suffers, but keep your foot
out of it, slow starts, etc.. it's not aweful. don't expect 30mpg out
of it lol

Ever since Tony Soprano in " The Sopranos " drove an Escalade I've wanted one but I guess what kept me away from even test driving one is I thought you would have to be making the money of a mafia member in order to afford the gas bill anyway it's super nice and looks like a monster with style ....enjoy

if you can do your own labor, there are plenty of high mile units out there
for under $15k. i paid ~$11k for this one. it's cherry, with exception of
the miles
