Hello wanted to introduce myself.
I recently bought a 1993 Mark VIII I take possesion in 8 days from a buddy of mine.
How I came about the possesion of this car was I told a buddy I was selling my truck to put money away for when I take possesion of my Condo and I was looking for a car. He offered me his Lincoln Mark VII. My first reaction was, " Lincoln! what is that a land yacht?" I looked the car up, liked the lines, then I checked the specs and when I seen.
"280HP 4.6 DOHC All Alluminum" My jaw dropped and I said sold.
Took the car for a test drive, hard to believe with 3.07 gears that it pulls as hard as it does. It has some minor blemishes and the climate control needs to be replaced but it is a 20 year old car.
Plans for the car: New brakes, ( Easy ) When the air suspension fails I am swapping in coils, and True Dual exhaust as the car does not sound the way it should as it sits. Currently the car has a CAI which I hope to put back to stock.
And the transmission has been J Modded.
