Actually, it's Sport and Ultimate, at least in the '04 and '05 (all '06 LSes are essentially unbadged V8 LSEs), with some interior options, like the wood trim, being the only real difference. All '03-'06 V8s come with what would have been the Sport package on earlier models (which is essentially the Sport shocks and a different anti-roll bar, IIRC).

Can't speak to any year but 04. However I really don't think that the 04 Ultimate had sport shocks. I drove both before getting my 04 LSE and the Ultimate did not behave like the LSE in corners or on bumps. The LSE was noticeably firmer. Also IIRC the color code on the springs is different on the two models. I think the LSE's were Green coded when I replaced them with Eibachs. My original dealer sticker lists Sport Tuned Suspension as an included option while the Ultimate I drove did not list this as an option. I think Ken at LSKoncepts has this info on file.
