Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a long time Lincoln Mark owner. Loved my two'89's and now have a '97. As it turns out , had a inspection this morning. The car has just about 200k on it and failed the safety for a upper control arm. I do all my own work on my cars and I've been looking for the factory service manual online if anyone has a link for the pdf , would be greatly appreciated. I've done searches in the forums and didn't find it yet.

Anyway , great to be here ,, and I do search before asking , not my first forums. Also have a few car restorations under my belt.

My Car

Like i said, i have a Red '97 , 195 K+ miles , LSC package , all stock , factory rims, factory tint , and just replaced the factory stereo with a Kenwood DNX6180 with nav , iPod , and all the bells and whistles, with stock speekers (so far, untill i blow them ).
So all she needs is ... Rear shocks , upper control arms , and maybe front struts ... and a basic service since i knew the last two owners

air system is in perfect condition , paint has a few parking lot dings but she looks good. As for under the car , needs cat back exhaust , sounds like dog$hizz rusty muffs (good thing I have acess to a speed shop and parts at cost) and a lil surface rust in spots unerneath. Also has the rear window gasket ripple.

I'll get some pics up soon, Oh Yeah ... Only paid $1500 for it !!
