Why is your bleed hose attached to the degas bottle where the return line should be be clamped? ...
Like so,

Disconnect the engine vent hose, and separate the air bleed hose from the degas bottle.
~ On the back of his, you can see his return line goes to the blank nipple.
* Good suspicion his return line is causing his behind the wheel leakage.
