thanks for posting that link. I highly encourage any owner of any automobile to submit their complaint to the NHTSA but esp if you own an LS . It is really the only outlet we have that might provoke some action by FLM.

Lincoln Warranty

Also, what is this about two fixes after your warranty is up, and if I can get the dealer to say i need a new tranny, would lincoln back it up? I'm going to get my personal mechanic to look at it when I drive to Florida in May.

after warranty adjustment is what you are inquiring about. Lincoln will make the decision on whether or not to grant them but you can have up to two if you are under 75k miles. I doubt they would replace the transmission but they woudl certainly consider repair or replacing individual components.
