New Town Car Owner

Hi I recently bought a 2000 Town Car, I love the ride. I was wondering if any one had tried using a performance chip. I mainly would like to get a few more miles per gallon. I have a chip in my power stroke and it is amazing. Would they do any good for a gas engine?

Throw in a Marauder airbox/ 80mm MAF combo or K&N charger kit, SCT Xcal tune and you'll get better gas and performance- that is, if you don't take advantage of that extra power and your foot gets heavier...:gr_devil:

Thanks for the info, is the best place to find these parts on the internet. I am all most afraid to ask, can any one install them. Last year for Christmas I got my daughter an auto car starter. There was no way in hell I could have put that in. I did find some one to do it and it works great. I can fix tractors combines and most anything with a hammer and crescent wrench.

All that stuff that evilally said to do can be done easily. Should be no worries for a shadetree mechanic.
