Hey everyone, it's great to find a site devoted to Lincolns. I'm in the market for a "loaded" meaning Nav and HID, one owner, low mileage, non-smoking LS driven by that "little old lady from Pasadena", if you get my drift. A lot of the ones on the market have high mileage or are sold by dealerships which I find cover up the real truth on the cars history. Carfax, is unreliable as many owners can have their car fixed at a "chopshop" and pay for it out of their own pockets, which may not turn up in their records. So they are at best 50% correct.
Color is unimportant as long as it fits my criteria, although I dig the white "pearlesant" colors. I tend to stay away from black because I have an Audi A6 and it looks good, when it's clean. Although I may consider dark blue or green.
I can afford a new MKZ, but, nothing beats the lines of the LS. It has those classic lines which never looks old.
My Audi has had most every front end part replaced. If I knew the 2000>2004 had so many front end problems I would of stayed away from Audi's. But that said and all the bad replaced with "new and improved". I'll put it up against any late model car for ride and comfort. The BiTurboV6 is slooth as silk. Just don't put it in the shop unless you leave your checkbook.
I think the 2006 Lincoln LS is one of the best American made cars ever built.

PM sent to you. Try the LS section and checkout Miaras Craigslist finds. '02 with 1400 miles for $20k in Iowa. Or check with T-Money. He has a 2nd gen vivid red for sale.
