Nitrous users, opinions needed.

Still reading up on it, and will most likely make my purchase in the next couple of days. I would like to get a window switch, because I am going to be coming out of the hole WOT, and I just don't want to sit there and spin, or try and feather it out. Keep in mind, stock Mark VIII, Gen 2. Also, I will do rolls from 30, and at about 30, manually in first, the car turns between 3400-3600, so would setting the window switch to 4000-4500 be good and it not having a cut off, since it's auto? Plan on getting an a/f safety switch, along with a purge kit, and possibly a remote bottle opener. That's just me though, and I want to be safe about it, instead of rushing into things and end up grenading my engine. Also, do I have to start running colder plugs immediately, or is that after a certain shot of nitrous, and what gap and plugs are recommended?

Anyone happen to have pictures of there setups? Trying to figure out a good place to mount the switches.

I ran NGK Tr6 gapped at 35. which are a little colder. No problems with or without nitrous being used with them. They are cheap and good insurance. I ran a dry system with two solenoids (came that way, I bought a NOS kit from a friend). I ran a max 125 shot with a few degrees pulled in my tune (I already had a tuner). I ran the window switch on one solenoid to open at 3000 rpm. The window switch was turned on with a toggle so nothing could come on without first "arming" the system via the toggle. The other solenoid opened with a micro switch I had mounted on the throttle body. The micro switch (WOT switch) was ran in series to a fuel pressure switch I installed on the fuel rail and would complete the ground at 40 psi. Yes this was overkill but at least I was safe and really the parts weren't that expensive. I sold the car so I can't take any pictures. I did keep all my nitrous stuff and would be tempted to sell it all if you're interested. Shoot me a PM. I have "pills" for 75, 100, 125, and 150 shots.
