No Instrument Panel, No Display, Can't Adjust Steering Wheel

I have checked all the fuses and they are good. I have no instrument panel lights, gauges, etc. No fuel mileage display. Can't adjust the steering wheel settings (up, down, closer, farther). Does anybody have a clue as to what might be causing this?? Like I said, I checked ALL of the fuses and everything was ok there. Thanks in advance for all of your help!

All of the fuses includes three fuse boxes. Did you check all three? (trunk, passenger kick panel, hood)
It might help to know what year your LS is.

I don't have wiring diagrams for that year.
Try the SSP3 relay. (Maybe swap it with #4.)
