I just replaced UCA,LCA and inner and outter Tierod ends,
I hit a bump and get a little noise from the front end, I think the Strut rod bushings from the frame out are bad as the noise is only for a small bump.. I also double checked the work I did and its all tight..

Anyway what could the noise in the rear be? what typically fails in the rear?
Thanks

Bill

shock mounts, I had my rear shocks replaced a few weeks ago and the einstein did not put in new mounts like I told him to. They clunk when going over bumps. there is a link here somewhere to fix it, it's a quick 20-30 minute job

Yup, almost always the mount unless you are like me and broke a sway bar end link.

Are you talking about the upper mount? the one with the hard rubber between the top of the shock and the body of the car? it has two studs that mount in the trunk?
Thanks
I looked at them but did not see much of any play in them.
