I told all you nice folks that I might have to sell my mark.Then I thought I could get around it but now I cant.It has to go and I already listed it on ebay.It will not be listed for probably 8 hours though as ebay is slow.I have no reserve but I have it with signs on it outside.Even though its not on the search pages it is viewable with the link.Mods if it is possible to keep this here for a few days I will also post it in the for sale.Im kinda desperate for the Cash I need but Im not crazy.Shoot me some offers or just watch the auction.I have no reserve on it:(

It sucks that you have to sell it, I know the feeling about needing money. I f i had 1500 i would buy it but i don't Good luck, you will get another one when you can.

What price do you have to have to get by? If you could sell it low with a buy back option, would you do it? Kinda like a pawn shop deal, know what I mean? I know a guy who knows a guy...Let me know - I'm in York.
 
Thanks but no.I need to get 1500 for it.That is where I am at on it.I will probably wait a year and hopefully buy a Gen 2.Thanks though
 
I have a truck I can sell instead of this.My truck is kinda rare and I probably couldnt replace it.I forgot to add a reserve to the auction if it doesnt go remotly close to what I want I might have to pull it ,If thats the case I can wait until June to sell it and sell my truck instead.
 
I might be selling mine this summer as well, and I have dropped a good deal of money into mine.
 
I hear ya,Thats not my main reason.Uncle Sam is kinda my PITA,lol but whatever I will buy another one later on.Theres not going to be a shortage of them too soon I hope.

I think you are going to get really close to what you want if you let the auction run it's course.

I'm guessing it will end up between $1500-$1700 when it is through.

That's one of those rare items that did not go up at the end.
 
yea.Im not that upset The car did need work.Also I did some research on completed items.These cars value has dropped alot since I bought mine.Whether its gas prices or fear of labor rates.There not worth as much as they once were.I plan on getting a Gen2 as my next one.Maybe then it will have more retail value.Also I think being totally honest on ebay hurts you .I mean if I lied and said it was just Swaybar links or shocks making the noise.I may have gotten more but I would have felt like a real D*&K in the process.Thats not me.A Dealer from erie PA bought it.I looked at what else he bought and sure enough he won a 96 Mark 8 that was overheating,needed all the air suspension replaced,and the trans wasnt shifting right for 760 bucks.Like I said Im not leaving LVC.I will post my new ride hopefully in July.Thanks everyone for all the help and comments since I joined.I will still be lurking:D
