Is that amp secured?

I probably would have gone with a small slit in the carpet behind the amp to pull the wires through, then send them under the carpet to the spare well.

Other than that, nice little package!

The void behind the left rear trunk carpet. There is a void between the fender and a vertical support. Pull away the carpet and you will see what I mean. Ny daughter is at work so I can't get a "better" picture.
