what do you think? what sucks is i saw mark8murders post last week and it got me mad, not because he did it, but because he did it before me lol, but, i did order mine on saturday march 12th so i couldnt control how fast they got to me, but the wheels are new, tires are on, and i have a boner so big i dont have enough skin left to close my eyes. so far alot of people in my daily life said they like the red pinstripe on the wheel, i like the red, diesel dan said he is unsure, and my wife wants to see if just black, but i dont feel like pulling it off the wheels, i like it as is so let me know what you think.

I think it looks good with the red calipers. I would personally(I did on my blk/blk 98lsc) paint the stainless around the windows black though. All that counts is if you like it bro! Looks good though IMHO
 
i am thinking of getting rid of that too, but i am not gonna jump to paint it because if i dont like it i will be mad, i am gonna lay electrical tape over all of it and take a picture so i can look on the screen and decide first.
 
Jamie, now that I'm not seeing it on phone pics, I'm with Shari on this one. I would go all black but dude, it's all about what you like. Just giving my opinion. Other than that, it looks good and it is different. I like those new shoes too.
 
or black vinyl? I am about to do the same thing on my jeepsrt8 but mine is silver. I am doing away with all of the chrome. Electrical tape is a lot cheaper lol! At least just to see what it could look like. I did mine with bumper black, taped the chit out of my car, scuffed cleaned and painted. Came out great!
 
its funny i walked into the office at work this afternoon, and we have a guy who works part time answering the phone and stuff, he is my bosses neighbor, his name is bob and he is a retired pinellas county sheriff, when i walked in he said hey, did you see the badass lincoln out there, and i looked at him and he said seriously, that car look badass, he said its amazing what a wheel can do, i thought that was cool considering he is far from a car guy and he is 64 years old, but he said he loves it!
 
I like it Jamie. The red sets it off enough just to notice the wheels, looks really clean!
 
im not a big fan of the blacked out look... I like some contrast which is why i like the chrome on the cobra and the grey on the mark... but if you like it thats all that matters...
 
I never caught on to the colored stripe thing myself.

Not sure about the stripe, I've got a set of 03 Cobras in black that are sitting for when I can hubswap/redrill mine.
 
I'm digging the red man! That stripe looks way cool IMO. That's the real Mark8Murder right there!!
 
i LOVE that red. DAMN YOU CAR IS SEXY.. keep it. really makes it stand out. if only i had a black mk... :(
 
i disagree on the honda look, i actually got this idea from a black trailblazer ss, the guy powdercoated the stock wheels black and did the stripe thing, i have wanted to do it for over a year. this is where i got the idea from. you can actually see my lincoln in the pic!

Damn that :q:q:q:q looks mean....... Tape da chrome up in see how that looks. I think it will compliment it more......imo

and just so the pm's will stop, the chrome speedstars are sold already, i got alot of " what are you doing with the chrome ones " i bought these black ones cuz i sold the chrome ones, otherwise i was not going to do it, so, sorry to say they are already spoken for and paid for.
 
Jamie, that thing is darker than Chris Rock in a photo shoot. Looks sweet, like the rims with the red stripe. Where did you pick them up at, and was the stripe already on them or a special order or what. What tires are you sporting on those and size? Diffinately I would paint the chrome window trim black to be complete. I am so jealeous of you right now, if I was able to kick my own a** and punch my self in the lip I would, sumbiotch.
