ordering sensor

[Navigator Ultimate]

Hi guys

I'm in bit of a pickle here because I really don't know where I can get this sensor here that I'm talking about. My car is Lincoln Navigator Ultimate 2004. I have checked here with the dealership in Iceland and they don't seem to know anything. So I have come here to ask you to help me out a little. I will put few pictures that I took of this sensor here:

I need a sensor like this one. This one is at the front right wheel. I'm not 100% sure what this sensor does but I'm thinking it has something to do with the stability control so the car won't roll over. It would be great if you guys could help me out and tell me where I can get one.
