Hey guys,
Need your help. I did a brake job on the LS today and also changed the rear differential fluid. Yesterday I replaced the evaporator canister purge valve and the gas cap. About a month ago I replaced all coil packs, spark plugs, intake manifold gaskets, PCV valve, and fuel pressure regulator.
After finishing the brakes and rear diff fluid change today we drove about 40 miles. The car went into forced idle mode after accelerating for a couple seconds from a stop light. Coasted into a parking lot, turned the car off and back on and it drove fine the rest of the way home.
Grabbed the code scanner and got the P2104 and P2111 codes. Also have a P0442 code but that’s not new (hence the purge valve and gas cap replacement).
Seeing as my coil packs and spark plugs are new and the vehicle idles great and normally runs fine, what on earth would be causing the throttle actuator control system code?
Car has about 68,000 miles and I have only put about 1,000 on it since buying it a month ago. Screenshot of codes attached.
