I should have the gray ashtray door too.

I'll have to check to make sure I have everything first before I give you a set-in-stone price, but for the switch covers and the ashtray door, I'd like to get $30 shipped. If you want a brand new Motorcraft multifunction switch (the whole turn signal stalk, with the washer fluid button), the total would be $135 shipped.
