Still new to the whole Ford thing... What on this earth is a catch code?
Warning confusion approaching
Ford uses a 4 digit alphanumeric sequence of numbers to identify the PCM's calibration.
the catch code is a "shorthand" reference to what is called a "strategy".
many catch codes share the same strategy as well, to further the confusion.
But basicly the catch code is what identifies the calibration inside the PCM.
