Here are some of the pictures I took of the semi finished work. I still need to wet sand the clear b/c I went overboard on it, leaving small bumps plus it rained and left small water streaks. Let me know what ya'll think.

yeah im still not sure what im going to do to fix the overspraying of clear. Im going to start out by wet sanding with a very light sanding paper, but then i dont know if 2 spray it again with clear or to try polishing it. What do you guys suggest?

claybar... if that doesn't do it then try polishing, and then resort to wet sanding... always try the least aggressive method first...

trim looks good

Some of us like the chrome trim. Don't hate. It keeps the cops from noticing me as much.:p Did the bass model come with kicker subs?:shifty:

lol the cops cant do anything if your obeying the law

look at my car for example - black on black LSC, guages down the pillar, tint, exhaust, rims, license plate in the windshield...as long as im behaving i dont have anything to worry about except the front plate...and of the few times i've gotten stopped i've only gotten one ticket for it but theres a WHOLE lot more to that story i wont get into.

LOL were you going too slow in the right lane?

well guys I finally figuered out where I went wrong. I messed up on the clear b/c I forgot to mix the clear with some hardener, and thats why I bubbled up. Now Im going to sand down all them small tiny bubbles and clear coat it again. Now the question is should I apply a small coat of paint before applying the new clear coat?

Can I ask what your method was for painting all the trim was, where you got the paint, etc?
