That car has been for sale almost 10 years. I wish I had 45k to piss away. I would buy it, do the air box mod and do John Force style burnouts. Then I would pour gasoline all over it and burn it to the fvcking ground.
 
A spring feature is a real Model they put out. It was the only Mark to get that paint color borrowed from the Continental. They are rare, but I couldn't care less for that car.

Back when Jamie was still parting out Marks and people got butthurt when he did part certain cars, he had a nice spring feature and offered it for sale to the Mark VIII community and nobody wanted it. It got parted out...

Love your idea but before burning it I'd keep the drivetrain & parts just because! lol

I have to agree. I've grown to love my prairie tan because it has a peachy color but that goldish color is way too sh!tty for me!

Yeah but not worth $40k... Let's say he considers it rare? $10k sounds in the reasonable range. It's not a hot rod, a 60's muscle or a 50's vintage car. It's not even a 20 year old classic yet. He needs to put it away for another 10 years then come back & advertise it.

Yeah, first thing I noticed too... I just don't understand how people can not "get it"... dam car looks like it's going backwards.

The Ford Museum "considered it", but found out the dumbazz didn't even know how to put the wheels on correctly and said "screw that"... :p

"Considered this car"??? WTH does that mean anyway? I could say they "considered" my car too... don't mean chit.

I would be more than content if I could restore all 3 of my cars to near mint then supercharge all 3 of them. :D

I'd still spend less than buying this mustard color'd turd.

My 93 was parked for 4 months when the tranny went out 2 years ago, a junk car buyer considered my car for JUNK! Ah yes, that makes me proud. I guess I'll post that on the car ad when I decide to sell it. :p

weeellllllll the dumb story is the guy who did the install was supposed to replace the burnt VLCM and apparently nobody read my thread about a month ago "yes again" the gauges were reading fine had the stereo up LOUD like it should be when playing pantera, went to pass someone and it felt funny turned down the music, valve chatter, pulled over stalled then the temp gauge shot to the ceiling and the check engine temp came on. He used a jumper wire to wire fan on bypassing the VLCM which controls everything including sending signal to gauge. there was a huge puddle of oil under the car so when i dropped it off back at the garage he told me i threw a rod and was a hole in pan. so i took the car to elliot with a used motor to put in i have the cams on the shelf with a mach 1 intake, and getting c heads when i get back from Boston where i am now with my grandma who is not going to last much longer :( . anyways im using the old motor until i can afford to have this real engine builder put motor together and BBR going to install. i have since been in a long lets call it "heated argument" with my old friend and mechanic who wont honor his word and fix problem , he lied got the pan to with no hole in it didnt throw rod, just my 3rd head gasket over a stupid VLCM which should have been replaced anyways. soooooo sometime this summer thats going to happen but with a well needed twist, a shaker hood i picked up. with the bodywork on hold again due to motor $$ my special bumper and dents will have to take a back seat again to motor work the 4.10 and trac loc i got last month is going in monday when i get back, but with just the cams and my other mods i was smoking a lot of people who just thought i had a loud exhaust an "your car sounds like its missing " people who dont understand a cam profile lope idle. it was fast and pulled hard was just going to put a 98 cobra intake on and be done, but i've done the number crunching and the flow numbers alone on a '03 mach 1, aviator,or marauder head is at least 20cfm higher to 30at .400 where my cam is higher than that but not at .500 with a port job the flow #'s really jump at the spot where cam will be operating. having shortblock redone with new combo should be good for at least 400 hp as i was prob at 365-370 with cams produced 385 in a 96 cobra with no other mods. i will post when everything gets rolling
