all motors operate the same , they all have a top dead center , and they all have a certain degree they should be firing it idle , I don't know what that motor is but put your motor number one cylinder at top dead center and get a timing light and check the timing light will pick the PLUSE up of the coil, IF not get a scanner and do a live data stream ,the computer will tell you if its firing were supposed to and what cylinders are actually misfiring its best done under some kind of load basically put your foot on the brake and hit the gas
