Please help me find a how-to on the front sway bar. I have found many many threads about people having the problem, but no how-tos. I've stared at it many times wandering how it comes out...and its time for me to do it. Help!!

It comes out very difficultly. 
I followed the replacement instructions that are in the shop manual (you can get them on EBAY). It is not for the casual DIYer, but it can be done.
At a very high level, it comes out the drivers side wheel well (Remove tire, rotor, splashguard, etc). INstalling the new one (with attached bushings) was more difficult than getting the old one out. At least all of this was true for me.
