Power steering high pressure line keeps blowing

First the high pressure line blew off and was replaced. The car drove fine for about 5 minutes. Then gradually starting making noise and became harder to steer, but was only noticeable when stopped or slowing down.

As soon as I pulled into my driveway the new high pressure line blew at the crimp and drained all the fluid.

The shop installed a new high pressure line and power steering pump. Then a smaller "pre-hose" to the high pressure line blew.

Then the shop hooked up a pressure tester to the system and the power steering pump itself blew.

What is causing this?
Has anyone had this issue or anything similar?

The rack is the problem, I would assume. In any event, you'll be changing the pump and the high pressure hose again. If you also replace the rack, check or replace the return hose, and check or replace the reservoir and the supply hose to the pump, you'll have covered the whole system and there's no way that won't fix it.
