I run 93 in mine, every tank, every time. The extra 3 or 4 dollars isn't gonna break the bank. Tried 87 one time, just to see if there was a difference, and there was a big difference in mileage and driveability.
I don't understand. The savings is like $3.50/ tank LOL And how many of you that go the cheap route on gas smoke cigarettes?
Premium or Midgrade...
Really if you understand the internal combustion engine then you would know that running a higher octane fuel than is needed in a car is just a waste of money. I've heard many folks with a vehicle with 8 to 1 compression say they run nothing but premium. Like they think they are doing the car a favor. Not so just wasting money. Now yes you could run reg successfully in a Mark if you can keep your foot out of the throttle as low throttle wont generate enough compression to exceed regulars limited octane. I just never wanted or could do that.
Don,
What kind of Water Meth kit are you running and how do you like it?

Well he is running 11s on stock block at lower boost levels and short-shifting.
I got it from ROB's Tire and Auto and I'm very happy with it. Rob's a supercharged Modular specialist so I took my car over to his place so he could see my set up and had him ordered it with the right nozzles. Had it shipped to BARRY'S and they installed it. here is a link to ROB's and the products he carrys. http://www.robstireandauto.com/products.html
