what size bulb is in a 2000 lincoln LS fog light? can it be changed? i'm planning on putting in 8000k hi/low bulbs and 8000k angel eyes in front, so i'd think without matching fogs it'd look kinda... stupid.
side note: do you think matching bulb and angel eye k color is a good look or should they be offset to show off the eyes more?

The 9145 is the stock bulb number but I changed mine to a 9005 high beam bulb 6500K HID crystal white. If you would like to see a pic you can check out my site. You can see in different lights the contrast but at night they all match crystal white. I like the different look of the angel eyes they appear a little purplish in the evening along with the little turquiose of the low beams the contrast looks trippy.

Yep, it will fit. I used silverstar 9005's before I got my HID fogs. The HID bulbs are 9005 too...

replacing the 9145s wit 9005s

The 9145 is a 42 watt bulb. Did you have any hot wireing issues after you installed the 9005s? The stock 9005 is 60 watts. I just ordered some 7500K 42 watt 9145's off ebay, along with a set of 80/100 watt 7500K 9006/9005's for the headlights. To check it out just search ebay for "gp thunder". They also have 8500k and 10000K HID bulbs, but Im not much for the purple color.
