So I'm planning on taking the Lincoln to gingermen race way this spring, I plan on upgrading to the cobra brakes, drive shaft, and rear sway bar. Any other mods you guys can think of, and some do's and donts for racing

Its a road course, I have under drive pullies, cobra intake, valve body and tranny cooler, x pipe and flow masters, 373 with trac lock

Make sure to take videos! I would replacing all the front/rear end bushings with stiffer ones.

Would notice a huge difference.

Looks like fun , I wish we had tracks like that around here!

ahhhh the gingerman!

uhm..stay out of the grass!
you will find the car actually speeds up when it leaves the pavement and enters the grass...dont do that

Lighter rims and racing rubber, good pads to go with the Cobra brakes, both swaybars instead of just the rear, maybe a coil conversion so you can play with spring rates. Theres literally tons of things you can do depending how much you get into it and what classes you want to be in...

I assume that the supercoupe pedals would fit . I ve never had a dash out of one to know. And I guess you would have to convert a t36 over to a hydro through out bearing. I think McCleod sells that stuff.

I know exactly what you mean, very scary the first time you do it felt like everything just froze over and I was on ice. The grass still being wet made it worse I'm sure.

I like that track layout. Looks like the end of turn 10 will sneak up on you so be careful there.
