Rear Defrost

I thought my rear defrost wasn't working, just took forever to get up to speed, but then only the central part of the glass, and nothing on the top three elements. Anyone with an idea or direction?

Well, it's getting power. I'd start with inspecting the two connectors that are attached to the perimeter of the glass. Iirc, one is on the drivers side and one on top.
