Removing pillar covers

Is there a way to remove the pillar covers? My paint is chipping off.

tehy come off from behind...........its easy

I found the thread but apparently you have to take off the rear door panel and inner door assembly. I may just have to have it painted on the car.

From the pictures I think you are going to want to do some sanding before painting. I would try to get them off. It is better to do it right once than to regret doing it wrong later.
