Replace Knock Sensors?

Hi everyone I need some advise. I'm having work done on my 2004 V8 90k miles and my mechanic asked if I would like him to replace the knock sensors while he has easy access. Are these the type of parts you should replace if you can or if they ain't broke then don't fix them? If they should be replaced then is there a preferred brand?

I haven't heard of any of the factory ones failing...

Knock Sensors don't wear out. Unless you see any melted wiring or broken connectors, I wouldn't touch them. They are really sensitive to the torque applied to their retaining bolt.
