I plan on putting the grille listed on LSK as 04-06 LSE grille
Technically, I believe its called the sport grille.

Regardless, I'm jw how difficult it is to replace a grille on this car. i have a 03ultimate

Thanks in advance guys,

(dont bust my balls i gotta go to work and didnt find what i wanted after 3 google searches.... :p)

you unbolt 4 bolts along the top and then there are 4 metal clips that are just popped out super easy.

awesome, thanks alot

I think i recall reading those metal clips often break and i should grab some extras....
is that the case?

I can see where it could be the case. I just use needle nose pliers to clamp down on the clips from the backside and help them through so as to not put any unwanted stress on the plastic.

no it really is called the LSE grille(because it only come on the LSE editions), the sport grille looks the same as the non sport

exactly how i did it, those clips are in there pretty good

I just changed mine out about three weeks ago. Just be careful and you will be fine.

Also there is no grabbing extra clips. They're part of the grill frame and when they snap (which is easy to do) they're gone. No biggie though, the bolts at the top keep the grille plenty secure.

Mesh grille

Dopes anyone know where I can find this black mesh grille inserts for both upper and lower? I have a 2002 LSE (upper grille) with a 2004 front bumper (Lower grille)

Thats not an insert, its a Mclaren grill and they are very hard to find. You can get the metal from several different places though. Do a search for grille mesh and there are some threads that have websites posted in them that sell all diferent kinds of mesh.

Does anyone have a part number for the LSE grille in ebony paint gen 2 model? I have tried to order from LSKoncepts and they have taken 3 months and not return my phone calls, so i am going to try and get my money back and find one else where

You can get perforated metal or like the Mclaren grille, plastic. A few guys bought some from here to make lower grille pieces a while back. If only you are going to buy one, i would suggest going finding some company or local store that sells small pieces because this company only sells it in 25ft rolls. It's just to give you an idea of what to get

Alax,
I think we talked about this before, but I'm pretty sure you can buy smaller rolls or even cut-to-size pieces from McMaster Carr. You pay aalot more if you think about the price-per-sqaure-foot but you don't have a whole lot extra to deal with either. Just my 2cents worth.
