ive never taken precise numbers, but my gen2 v6 is a lot more efficient when cruising between 75-90mph vs 55-70mph. someone said they get better mpg at 55 vs faster and thats def. not true unless maybe for a gen 1.. i dont know much about gen 1s.

I've also really enjoyed the CAI. The sexy growl it makes is oh so nice, even without any exhaust mods. I've had people ask me if I have a turbo when they're heard it. 
But yes, I also noticed a slight increase in MPG's with one installed. 1 good MPG more average than what I was getting before. Best, easiest and CHEAPEST mod you can get with the most instant benefits! Everyone who owns an LS should invest in one.
