i am unable to locate a right hand secondary timing chain tensioner.tryed ford and aftermarket with no luck.anyone got a connection with one.it would be greatly apreciated.thanks.

Looking at that e-bay one...I wonder why ford lists an early and a late?? where the early one is b/o and 178.32 and the late is available and 78.82 retail????

According to the Jag dealer near me, the early ones are the OEM plastic version and no longer made. The late ones are metal like in the Ebay listing. Jag got tired of replacing the plastic ones under warranty so they came out with an improved design - at least thats the story I got.

well i bought 1 from the jag dealer and my car runs like new.no more miss/surge at idle .fuel milage is up to 23 from 13.that rocks.thanks for the input.
