RIP Ryan Dunn...

very sad to see him die, but they havent proven that alcohol and high speed is true, they speculate and most likely it was, but no solid proof yet. hell some people say its a hoax.

He posted photos on twitter of himself drinking at a bar a few hours before the crash. You play with fire, your bound to get burned. I feel sorry for his family. Him.....not so much.

oh well we all do stupid :q:q:q:q it didnt make him less of a decent guy, everyone said out of all them guys ryan was the nicest guy to talk to and be around. i have driven drunk way more times than i need to remember and i am still here, but i could have killed myself anyone of them times so even if he was smashed i still dont think different of the guy i think dunn was a funny dude.

this is my all time favorite ryan dunn clip from jackass i dont know why but i piss my pants everytime i see this, bam is a dick!!!!

I am not judging him and neither should anyone else. Yes, he made a very stupid mistake and he paid the ultimate price with his life! Unfortunately, an innocent person Zach Hartwell (his friend) died also with no control over the situation and literally was 100 yards from his home and both were locals from my area. We ALL have done stupid sh!t one time or another but nobody has the right to judge one another! R.I.P Ryan Dunn/Zach Hartwell!

...And yes, that is true. I have some friends that actually used to hang with him in west chester pennsylvania and said he was a down to earth cool a$$ dude!

I wasn't judging him at all. Just last Saturday, three buddies and I were drinking at a bachelor party and got the mark up to 120mph on IL165. I wouldn't expect anyone to feel sorry for me, if I killed us all. AND, I'm a real nice guy too.

You're the one that can't understand why the police "harass" you, right?

No one would feel sorry for you, however, they'd have every right to curse you if you accidentally killed other innocent motorists or pedestrians while engage in wildly reckless behavior like that- especially if you survived.

There's nothing wrong with judging behavior, but in this case, it's besides the point. The guy died an awful death. His passenger died an awful death.

Condemnation is besides the point. It's a graphic reminder and lesson of what can happen.

How long before the death pictures are on the web?

You are absolutely right. I also heard on the local news that he was going 140+. I'm not sure if it was proven that he was drunk as of yet, but it just sucks that the lesson learned ended up in the death of 2 young people.

They were saying on the radio that he was 2x the legal limit

Often times, just as dangerous as the physical impairment that is associated with alcohol, is the period where it completely distorts your sense of judgement. Driving a supercar over 130mph makes more sense, even though your simultaneously least able to perform the operation, after slamming six drinks.

The over confidence and judgement is the double edge sword of driving when buzzed or before all the booze hits you.

I just read that his BAC was .196, well over twice the legal limit.

Son of a gun, I didn't hear anything about James Arness dying. Now that is a sad event...

Yup, was shocked to hear that one of my favorite Hollywood actors was dead. Loved Columbo as a kid.

thousands of people do what he did in the us every day, but because he was jackass star ryan dunn, not just a human named ryan dunn, all the sudden its terrible that he drank then drove then died and killed someone else too. he is a celebrity so its worse? vince neil drove drunk, crashed, killed his best friend, he lived, he got off with probation, and has had 2 more d.u.i's since, how the :q:q:q:q did he even get the right to drive again after killing his buddy, and why didnt he go to prison? we can judge who we want to judge but in the end we all :q:q:q:q up all the time reguardless of what it is, so it doesnt make a celebrity worse just because we all know the name.
