Rough Start, check engine light

Help!
Ok guys, Per the dealership and the sound I am getting they said all the coils were miss firing on the right side, but after further testing they said the coils were good, so looking at the different threads and the dealership wanting to pull off the passanger Valve cover to inspect I took it upon myself to check it out, thinking it is a broken Tensioner.
Everything looks good, tensioners are all in one piece, nothing broken, Chains are tight.
Now im lost. what else could it be? Should I take off the Drivers side, left and inspect that as well?
Thanks

Thats a good question, I don't know.
The MAF sensor... wouldn't that show up in the Diagnostic reading from the dealership?
I am going to pull the Drivers side Valve Cover off today and check out the Timing chain and Tensioners and see how those look.
Of course that has the be the harder side to do.
What is the best way to clean the MAF sensor? Carb Cleaner and Dialectic on it afterwords?
Thanks
Tony

Use something which clearly states on the bottle that it leaves no film/residue behind. It must fully evaporate. I use the CRC MAF Cleaner.

Thanks for the advice.
Something else I just read, Harmonic Balancer? I had an 80 transam and that did go out on the TA,
Possible chance the seal could go on an LS?
Note, I am GRASPING here:)
