Just wondering if you guys know how to clean this out... my passenger side rear window hasgrains of sand between the outside bottom seal strip and glass. I'm afraid to roll it down in case it scratches the glass. Can i remove that outside seal to clean it? If not, any suggestions on how to get the sand out?

Thanks guys-

Pete

It will scratch the glass - dont ask how I know...We ll since you asked...

I took my 65 Tbird Vert to the beach and wouldnt you know it got sand on the 'catwiskers'. Like a dumb a$$ I rolled the window down. Looked as bad as it sounded. 2 seconds with a can of compressed air would have saved me some cash and a weekend, it not only got the glass but left marks in the rubber, so bad ot leaked water.

That sucks, my first incident was in the inside of the car so it only got the tint. But after awhile it happend again on the outside durring a storm and by this time I was prepared.
I use the can O' air on my interior regularly and it is a life saver for some accessories and trim when you live by the beach.

The air can worked out real well. Thanks! However, it was a little too late. My girlfriend has my car today, and wouldn't you know? She thought she'd save a little on gas by not running the ac and rolling down all the windows. B****...
