SCT PCM Flasher 2

Nice, I hope Steeda can provide me with a couple more nice programs that worked as well as this first one does. I am simply amazed at what they have done so far.

you might want to pick up a tune or two from Torrie. He and Lou pretty much paved the road for LS tuning .

Actually I was thinking that but Steeda in Canada also has been working hard too on LSs. Paul told me within the last 2 mths they have actually had 2 LSs in house so they where able to really work on them obviously and dyno them too. Thanks for the heads up see what Steeda does for me and I just might try Torries programs also.

Heck might stick with steeda if they have had them on the dyno. To my knowlodge my LS is the only one that Torrie has been able to tune and dyno and that was several months ago. He has created several tunes though.

If you try him out let us know which ones you think turn out better for you.

Is Steeda working on tunes with a stock LS or do they have intake kits and exhaust systems? I think most tunes "should" work with all LS's but the same tunes that Lou ran do not work for me with regards to the SCT flasher. Lou says that one tune he runs does not cause knocking but it's a different story with my LS and we have almost the exact same set up. I guess all are not created equal.

I'd love to try some other tunes that match my PCM. Always looking for some improvement. I really have just one that works well and I'm running it now.

OK Ken,

I actually called Paul and he said they have done 2 other LSs and one had exhaust system but no CAI. He said a CAI will not effect the MAF too much which is his main concern. He also said all his tunes that he has made for LSs have been street tunes and hasnt actually had one on the dyno yet. So anyone near Steeda in Toronto go there buy SCT Xcal 2 and have it dyno'ed! HAHA
Friday I should recieve my 2 other tunes and I will report on them especially the 93 and whether it pings or not.
