If your using 93, are the spark plugs the right ones?

The spark plugs, COPs are all OEM. I had Ford replace them all about a year ago. I am pretty sure they gapped them correctly.

Did it on my truck and it seems to clear up some rough idle.. I was pretty happy.. Also got me some mpgs and more throttle response..

I loaded my tune from Torrie today and there was no pinging. It used to ping sometimes but not all the time.
The main thing i noticed was the shifting was a lot firmer, almost to firm. It was wet so i couldn't get that great of a launch but it felt like the throttle response was a little better.

Some weld-in mufflers, a KKM intake, and a XCAL 2 with a custom tune from Robert at KBX Performance and my car will spin my 20's from a dead stop on dry pavement. The shifts are a lot firmer, but my car did start to ping/spark knock after I installed the tune. I backed down the timing a degree and it helped alittle bit. I was thinking about backing it down another degree.
