I did...worked like a charm.

well I used the brake booster vacuum line.. not the PCV.
I needed a small hose to put inside the brake booster line.. then I sucked the seafoam out of the can with the smaller hose.

is there a difference going in through either location?

probably not.. both locations lead TO the intake.
