First, are the seat and cabin ac run on the same system? - It sounds like a motor or fan or some sort is running when my cooled seats are on.

My cabin ac doesn't work. It worked great for years, always blowing cold, one day it didn't work anymore.

Any ideas or experience with this issue?

Could you give some detail on the failure?
The DATC display is blank?
The DATC display is okay, but you get no air flow at all?
You get air, but it isn't cooled?
You get air, but it is heated?

No error codes in the system.

Nothing unusual.

The DACT is the dual air climate control? If so, that appears to be functioning correctly.

The AC air isn't cold, and it's not heated.

You may have:
Low refrigerant level, too low to operate - due to normal outgassing through the hoses - A proper recharge and you are good to go.
Low refrigerant level, too low to operate - due to a leak - Fix the leak and do a proper recharge and your are good to go.
Failed compressor clutch - Adjust clutch, replace clutch, or replace clutch and compressor.
Failed compressor clutch relay - Replace relay.
Failed high side pressure transducer - Replace pressure sensor.
Failed evaporator temperature sensor - Replace evap temperature sensor.
Broken wire somewhere - Find and fix wire.
Bad DATC - Replace DATC.
Bad PCM - Replace PCM.

That's a lot of possibilities, but a few troubleshooting tests will quickly narrow it down. I'd start by checking refrigerant system pressure.
