my drivers side eletric dont appear to want to move back and forth, but the whole upper half of the seat will move whatever way i want, and the bottom half i can move it down and up and tilt, just no back and forth, any ideas?

Do you hear the motor running? I am not familiar with the mark's method of tracking, but screw drives tend to get carpet fluff hung up in them and are easily broken loose. The ones with the little driveshafts made of a spring type material tend to come out and all you have to do is replace the driveshaft thing. But if its a gear driven unit, you may have lost a gear in which case disassembly will be required.

Look up underneath the seat. There should be 3 or 4 motors under there. There will probably be two driving the seat back and forth. (obviously, one left and one right) this sounds like the typical little dislodged shaft. It may or may not be missing if it fell completely out. It looks like a flexible screwdriver with small square ends. If you still have the little shaft, stick it back in the motor and back in the drivetrain on the track, then play with it as you try to move the seat. It will set back in place and wala, fixed seat

I tried it and I see both of the driveshafts but the thing is u cant see the unit it attaches too u have to remove the seat I think idk maybe djp can figure it out idk was worth a try.
Its not hard to remove the seat. There just four bolts (sometimes two bolts and two nuts) and then unclip the wires. I know this cuase I run a carwash and periodically we'll move a seat, and it'll get stuck. Its either me to fix it, or paying the stealership some ungodly amount of money to do the same basic fix.

k, ill just do it then, sick of not being able to make it go back and forth,lol.
Mine would move for a split second, then remain stuck still.
The solution, I bought a used seat track from Jamie on Ebay. I removed the seat, replaced the track and motor, put the seat back on, and it's worked fine.
