SES light? any ideas?

My ses light has been coming on, lean in both banks. I cleaned my MAF and checked my intake for leaks, nothing i could find. I'm thinking bad 3rd o2 sensor or iac sticking open. Anyone else have any ideas?

what are the actual codes.. each O2 sensor will set different codes.

bank 1 is P0171
bank 2 is P0174
