Thanks, it is near perfect. Only the power trunk release does not work but the rest is perfect. I got it for under wholesale book. ;)

And it is the 4.9 and only has 140k. It really does look/run/drive like a brand new car and the 4.9 does not have the N* issues plus parts are cheaper. Thing goes pretty well too, can outrun my truck. :lol:
 
Was this mark viii on Craigslist? If so I think I saw it for sale...and what is up with the side moulding being faded on the 1/4 panel and not the door?

Car was never for sale. He just happened to ask for a trade. Who knows why some parts are more faded than others. Some parts fade at different rates.
Only time its been posted online EVER for sale was after i got it.
 
Sold teh Caddy. To a beautiful 17 year old girl at that. Figured it was gonna be an older black dude. LOL
 
Dunno. Will search tomorrow after I am done with the Jeep I gotta work on..... and help Sapper drop a 4.6 in a Town Car.... and do brakes on a Mazda 3..... may not get another car for a couple days, too busy.
 
I would love to get back into flipping cars but it is too much of a hassle around here.
 
do caddys have a thing for you or do you have a thing for caddys??:shifty:
 
Well the thing is they sell well. People sell them cheap when they give errors cause uually its very expensive to fix. I know how to fix them and know how to scan for errors. This one needs an ABS sensor and a windshield and a little cleaning. All that will add $1300 value to the car and I will prolly sell it by Sunday.

I think he keeps buying Cadillacs to punish me for something... or maybe he really does want me to shoot him.

Next guy to buy a Cadillac gets a free Bill already installed in the trunk :p

They do sell very fast thou. I think the longest we've had one was a solid week, most of the others are gone in a day or 2


He offered to trade me his truck for my Mark, I would've done it too if the truck wasnt a truck
 
Well teh Caddy is gone already. Been replaced by yet another Caddy. :D

Sapper is working on it right now. :lol:

:lol: I think GM used that steering column in every single car/truck they made for about 3 decades:lol:

On a side note: Why do people love those wrong-wheel-drive Caddys so much? It boggles the mind...:confused:

Oh and Laser...you owe me a monitor. I tried to slap that damn little bug and busted it to heck:rolleyes: (Just kidding!!)
 
We have a very good customer that had a 1996 STS. Pearl white with blue top. Hes spent over $2000 with us on his Caddy. Complete brake overhaul, new starter, new intake gaskets, new alt, wheel bearings, fuel pump, tail lights etc etc. He saw the 97 Deville and had to have it. I let him swap over the 22" wheels but made him leave the stereo and give me $500 for the trade.

Gonna bump on the way home. :lol: Has a 2000 watt amp and a pair of Kicker 15" subs in the trunk and a crappyish DVD deck but the car is pretty freakin clean!

Should be worth quite a bit more than the Deville.
