very true, now that i think about it, it only does it when the ac is on...+1 for buford, you hit the nail on the head again.

have a left handed cresent wrench but its standard not metric. but im guessing its the worn bearing. check to see if the lil air thing is hooked up the the air intake arm somtimes mine rattled loose while out hotrodding around and i had to put it back on.

sounds like your fetzer valve is going out. I recommend treating it with some 30 weight oil, ball bearings and a gallon of prestone.
