Does anyone know what the spark plug gap is suppose to be on 2003 Lincoln LS V8. I read somewhere between .039-.043.

What's the gap everyone using??????
I was on the NGK website they list the G-Power plug at .044 gap fon the Lincoln LS, Should I leave at that gap, or re-gap the plugs????

Thanks

I just bought some Autolite Double Platinums for my 2000 LS V8, and the guy at autozone told me .044. The funny part is the ones that I pulled out were anywhere from .029 to .042.

The proper gap should be printed on the EPA emissions label in the engine compartment. I don't remember exactly where it is, but it's somewhere in the vicinity of the radiator.

Always check the gap; the plug can change in shipping and stocking by being dropped.
