speaker size in a Navigator -01

anyone knows what size the door speakers are in a Gator -01 wíth the Alpine sounssystem??

and how to change them.. do i have to take down the whole doorside to change them?

6x8 in front and back. all navi's from 98-07 have 6x8's all the way around plus some with the tweeters. yeah you have to take the door panel off and get wiring harnesses so you dont have to cut the factory wires, the're like $10 a pair.

yea taking the panel off was a lot easier then i thought it would be. now all i need to know is how to get that stock radio out.
